  • We offer executive, leadership, and specialized purpose coaching services. We work with founders, executives, and members of management. Coaching is offered in multi-session packages and sessions are customized to meet your specific needs and goals.

  • Our strategy sessions are designed to help you review prior season decisions using a SWOT analysis, evaluate opportunities for growth in the areas of organizational leadership, people and activity management, and general operations, and determine priorities and actionable steps for the season ahead. These customized sessions are offered in conjunction with ongoing executive or leadership coaching packages and also as a standalone service.

  • We have two distinct Company Foundation Workshops. In Workshop 1, we help you clarify your organization’s core values and define your company’s vision, mission, and purpose. We help you define what success looks like for you and your team and identify your primary area of focus for the next three to 12 months.

    In Workshop 2, we help you develop a full strategic plan with clear action steps for the year that aligns with your organization’s values, vision, mission, and purpose.
