PLS seminar-style selections are delivered in 90-minute sessions. Standard interactive workshop sessions are delivered anywhere from 2 - 4 hours depending on the level of interaction desired.

Yes, we’re happy to learn more about your organization’s needs and customize an existing PLS to help your team gain the most benefit from the topic selection. In these cases, sessions are scheduled on a half or full-day basis.

You’re welcome to have as many people attend a PLS as you’d like. We work with you to provide either a single session or multiple sessions to accommodate for your needs. We’re happy to provide proposals for single and multiple sessions.

We come to your office or to a location of your choosing to facilitate the PLS. Your team is responsible for booking a space that will be conducive for the PLS.

We offer fully customized workshops for organization’s that need a different focus for development. We’ve provided workshops for teams including areas like building trust, time management, strategic planning, working/living purposefully, personal development (e.g. dealing with hang-ups), and more.

We encourage organizations to create a hospitable environment for the PLS by providing snacks and/or a meal depending on the PLS format. Printing and seminar/workshop supplies are also provided by the organization.
